Student Profile Medical Tab — saves health and emergency details inside this student’s main profile record.
This uses the same student record used by the Medical / Emergency Records module.
Edit Student Name — updates the main student record and all saved report-card copies.
Update PIN (4 digits) — updates both student.pin and reportData.student.pin (if available).
Fees Block — blocks result checking (same mechanism used by result checker).
